Dan Olsen – Chief Executive Officer
- Has developed and been instrumental in building of several of the fastest growing franchise brands in the nation
- Over 25 years experience creating, developing and building various franchises and business opportunities
- Has been the CEO of the extremely successful Franchise Growth Systems consulting business for seven years
- Over 15 years experience with regional or master franchising and is a partner and owner of several master franchises. As a result of this specialized experience, he founded Franchise Growth Systems, the number one master franchise sales and consulting firm, that specializes in the sales of master franchises and larger territory development franchises
- Has extensive experience in creating master franchise programs for franchisors and specializes in the sales of master franchises but has also sold hundreds of single unit franchises
- Has created innovative lead generation and marketing programs to attract new franchisees for franchisors
- Has personally achieved over $8,200,000 in franchise fee sales alone for one franchisor in a three year period. Through the Franchise Growth Systems program he has helped franchisors sell millions of dollars of franchise fee sales per year making this the most successful master franchise sales program for franchisors to use to expand their systems
- Through the development of Franchise Growth Systems, he has developed many contacts in most areas of franchising to increase franchise sales and help with the operations of the franchisors organization
- Has helped various franchisors achieve 100% to 400% increase in their bottom line profits as a result of franchise sales systems and other operation programs to enhance the bottom line.
- Has trained dozens of franchise sales people and master franchisees to achieve significant success in franchise sales. Several of the sales people have been able to achieve as many as 25 to 50 franchise sales per year.
- Has created and developed several franchise companies from the very inception and assisted them to grow into a strong and successful franchise company
- Successful franchisee business planning systems have been created and implemented with franchisees to help them achieve success
- Wrote complete franchise sales training course and other materials for individual franchise sales, lead generation and marketing

Robert Chernick – Director, Secretary/Treasurer
- Mr. Chernick has senior experience and specific expertise garnered by over 35 years in business. This broad spectrum ranges from serving on various Board of Directors, to President, CFO, and principal, and with a wide range of financial tools, facilitates his ability to specialize in providing and implementing strategies ranging from concepts; work-outs and reorganizations; offerings and markets, on a local and international platform.
- Created and been the architect of business plans, and the resultant raising of Venture Capital for a wide spectrum of interests, ranging from high tech internet related ventures; pulsewave/vortex submicronic milling processing; a new concept toy company; multi location restaurant chains; North Americas largest salmon farming operations; to interactive video touch screen technologies, among others.
- Most recently was the CFO and principal for a major 46,000 Acre Master Planned development in Mexico. Obtained Urban Plan approvals and entitlements, bathymetric studies, environmental studies, and master plan of development. Developed and directed the sales force to internally raise $20Million through a REIT to fund the operations. Personally prepared the business plan, Pro Formas, financial models, marketing strategies and major 322 page Investment Memorandum and oversaw the creation of the PPM.
- Instrumental in funding and developing the Four Seasons Destinations Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, a $125 million project which includes one of the early, successful forays into resort interval ownership. Both the hotel and the Weiskopf Championship Golf Course receive perennial honors from international media as being among the best in the industry in their respective categories.
- As Vice Chairman of a private company, negotiated for, and oversaw the development and planning of Westover Hills, a 6,000 acre master planned development project in San Antonio Texas .Home to such corporations as Sea World, QVC, The Capital Group, VLSI Technology, Frost National Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, The Hyatt Hill Country, the development has also enjoyed the participation of a host of national and local home builders. Westover Hills stands as one of the most success mixed-use and residential master planned developments in all of Texas
- Became the president and board member of a Canadian public company that functioned as a merchant bank to the real estate development industry. After two successive additional share issues to the public totaling $70,000,000, directed the operations to the ownership and management of hotels which ultimately totaled in excess of 4,000 rooms across the United States.
- Prospected and arranged for an IPO of $150 million for a proposed merger of time-share interests and the Company’s hotel portfolio.
- Instrumental in finalizing the negotiation for the Canadian Franchise Rights for Century 21 Real Estate, and prepared its five-year business plan. Following this plan, Century 21 Canada grew nationwide with 7,560 agents and 9 billion in annual sales.
David Yoches – Director

- Has over 30 years of business and management experience in large high technology corporations and multiple franchise systems.
- After a long and successful corporate career, he became involved in franchising and business development, where he experienced the excitement and fulfillment that comes from helping others fulfill their dream of business ownership.
- And, as a member of his local SCORE organization, further leveraged his skills and experiences by helping members of the community develop into successful entrepreneurs.
- His franchising career started 10 years ago with owning and operating a multi-unit franchise.
- He was President and co-founder of a franchise consulting and advertising firm that generated thousands of high quality leads for several hundred franchise brands across all industries.
- He also developed and managed a “franchise specific” CRM configuration for several national franchise brands using one of the largest web based CRM systems in the world. The CRM design managed lead flow, sales activities and ongoing operations for the installed base of franchises.
- Over the past 10 years he has developed relationships working with many of the most successful franchises and franchise consultants in America.
- He developed and delivered a franchise consulting sales training manual for the development of new franchise consultants and brokers.

April Johnson – Administration coordinator
- Administrative support for office and Executives
- Over 12 years experience in Secretarial/Office Management
- Gained her experience working for corporate companies such as Flying J and Marker LTD (2002 Winter Olympics Clothing Sponsor)
- Assists Brand Manager with Investigation cycles and correspondence with potential franchisees.
